“I've been working with Devin as my remote coach since early 2023. At the time, I was doing using a popular fitness app for my programing and working out in my home gym. I developed a lack of muscle activation in my left leg which caused me to experience knee pain whenever I would squat, jump or walk up stairs. I had been doing OrangeTheory for a few years and was pretty active, but I felt like I wasn’t progressing as much anymore. I wanted to build muscle and get leaner, and I knew I needed to start doing progressive overload but OrangeTheory’s format just doesn’t allow for that since every workout is different.

So I decided to find someone who could actually help me do it right.

That’s when I found Devin. He built a plan around my specific goals and we did monthly check-ins to see what was working and tweak things as needed. Having consistent, structured programming made such a huge difference and I finally felt like I was training with a purpose.

I worked with him in person for a year and a half, then moved out of Texas and switched to remote. Being remote, Devin is actively engaged in my progress. If I have a question mid-workout, he responds quickly! When I told him I signed up for a 5K, he rolled it right into my programming to help me prep without dropping the ball on my strength goals.
